ADMISSION APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Admission Application

  1. Fill up course application form and provide photograph, photocopy of passport and photocopies of highest educational transcripts

  2. Pay Registration Fee

  3. HLC/HBS assesses eligibility of student

  4. Student and parent / guardian signs Standard Student Contract

  5. Complete Student Escrow Confirmation

2. E-Submission or Student Pass Application

  1. Complete the following immigration forms in hardcopy :
    1. Form 16
    2. Form V-39I
    3. Form V36
    4. Form (E)5
  2. Provide the following documents in photocopy :
    1. Student's passport and 3 passport size photos
    2. Student's Birth Certificate (original & English-translated and notarized)
    3. Student's highest Educational Certificates and transcripts (original & English-translated and notarized)
    4. Acknowledgement of Student Escrow from Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School
    5. Bank statements (for students from visa-required countries only)

3. ICA Processing of Student Pass

  1. Processing time: usually 3 to 4 weeks upon receipt of application by ICA.

4. Fee Payment

  • All fees must be paid in full directly to school or through electronic transfer to the school's bank account with at least 2 weeks before the course commencement.

5. Student Pass Approval

  1. Upon approval of the student pass, HLC/HBS notifies the student

  2. Upon obtaining the Student's Pass from ICA, student is required to submit a photocopy of his/her student pass to HLC/HBS  for record purposes.
