* Registration fee for course(s) E / F / H will be waived if the student is already registered for Course A / B / C / D.

Other Fees (if applicable):

-          S$120 for payment to ICA (student’s pass processing fee, issuance fee and multiple-entry visa fee)

-          S$50 for medical check-up (if medical check-up is required for student’s pass approval)

-          S$620*+S$53.50 for Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) registration

-          S$200*+S$53.50 for Qualifying Test (QT) registration
 * Fees may be subject to change as determined by the relevant government agencies

Terms & Conditions:

1. All fees are subject to 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

2. All fees stated for Courses A to F are for one semester.  Each semester consists of 20 weeks of lessons.

3. The Registration Fee of S$535(inclusive of 7% GST) must be paid in full upon registration. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. All fees must be paid in full before the course commencement.

5. The Registration Fee for Course A to D includes the following services:
   §  Administration of Student Protection Scheme (SPS)
   § Student Pass submission/collection
   The above excludes other fees (e.g. student pass fee, entry visa fee) payable to ICA.

6. After the payment for the registration is made, the school will issue a Letter of Offer to the student.

7. Upon the completion of the period of study, if the student wants to continue to study in Hua Language Centre, a course renewal fee of S$214 (inclusive of 7% GST) is applicable

Pro-Ration of Course Fees
 

- For Courses A to D, for students who join the course on or after the 5^th week of the Semester, the course fees will be pro-rated according to the number of weeks left of the semester. (Minimum course duration: 10 weeks)

- For Courses E & F, no pro-ration of course fee is applicable.
