REFUND GUIDELINES

If student's written notice of withdrawal is received

More than 30 days before the Commencement Date

Before, but not more than 30 days before the Commencement Date

After, but not more than 7 days after the Commencement Date

More than 7 days after the Commencement Date, but not more than 14 days after the Commencement Date
0%
 More than 14 days after the Commencement Date

Note:
If the Students Pass application is rejected by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, 100% of the residual course fee will be refunded.

If a student’s conduct is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the school Principal reserves the right to expel the student.  There will be no refund of any of the fees paid and any outstanding fees will have to be settled by the student before he leaves the school.

Withdrawal for Cause: Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances:

  1. Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;
  2. Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date;
  3. Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course; or
  4. Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.

TRANSFER POLICY:

Student shall by giving written notice to Hua Language Centre/ Hua Business School of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances. These requests shall be subject to Hua Language Centres/ Hua Business School Refund Policy

Transfer from Hua to government school
Immediately after obtaining the offer letter from the Government School
Transfer from Hua to private school
2 weeks before the scheduled term ends
Transfer within Hua
within 2 weeks of course commencement
