WITHDRAWAL, REFUND & TRANSFER PROCEDURES

WITHDRAWAL:
A student who has the intention to withdraw from the Course must submit to Hua Language Centre / Hua Business School a written notice of withdrawal (signed by their parent or guardian).
 

REFUND GUIDELINES:

Cheque for the refund will be issued within one week after the student’s last day in Hua Language Centre / Hua Business School.

Note:
For Hua Language Centre, only the course fee will be refunded according to the refund guidelines stated above.  All other fees are non-refundable.

For Hua Business School, only the course fee will be refunded according to the refund guidelines stated above.  The Examination Fee will be refunded to the student if payment to SEAB has not yet been made at the time of receipt of the student’s written notice of course withdrawal.  All other fees are non-refundable.

However, if a student’s conduct is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the school Principal reserves the right to expel the student.  There will be no refund for any of the fees paid and any outstanding fees will have to be settled by the student before he leaves the school.
 

TRANSFER POLICY:
If the student has the intention to transfer to another school, the student shall give written notice to inform Hua Language Centre / Hua Business School of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances. These requests shall be subject to the Refund Guidelines stated above.
